By Car
From the A1 highway Milano-Roma
- » when arriving from Milan: take the exit “Firenze Nord”
- » when arriving from Rome: take the exit “Firenze Sud”
Then, follow the road signs for "centro città / Stazione Santa Maria Novella".
When you reach the train station, follow the driving directions of the following Google Map:

By Plane:
A) From Amerigo Vespucci airport in Florence
You can take a taxi or the shuttle bus that leads directly to the train station of Santa Maria Novella (length of the ride: about 15 minutes).
B) From Galileo Galilei airport in Pisa
Getting out of the airport you find the direct train that connects Pisa airport and Florence central train station (Santa Maria Novella).
From Florence central train station Santa Maria Novella, follow "BY TRAIN" directions.
By Train
From Florence Santa Maria Novella central train station
On foot (10 minutes) - Leaving the train station behind you, take the left exit of the station and enter the underground passage.
Go straight, exit the underpass and reach the small square in front of you (Piazza dell'Unità Italiana).
Continue along Via Panzani until your reach Via de' Cerretani.
The first street on the right is Via dei Vecchietti: Strozzi Palace Hotel is on the left at number 4.
By Taxi - Alternatively, you can take a taxi (length of the ride: about 5 minutes).
