- Yes, our Concierge is opened and ready to welcome you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Can I pay using my Credit Card?
- Yes, we accept payments by American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club, discover Card, Visa and Japan credit cards.
- How do I cancel my reservation?
- Guests can cancel their reservation without any cost until 24 hours before the arrival. For late cancellations and no shows, first night stay will be charged on the credit card.
- Which services are included in price?
- The price includes breakfast buffet, air conditioning, free Internet access, taxes and service.
- Does the hotel have a parking garage?
- Guests travelling by car can conveniently use the hotel valet parking (28-40€ a day depending on car type)
- Does the hotel offers an Internet point?
- Guests can access to a free ADSL and Wi-Fi Internet connection both in rooms and common areas of the hotel. USB cables are at guests’ disposal on request.
- Are pets allowed in the hotel?
- Yes, small pets are allowed on request, at no extra charge.

- Yes, our staff is at complete disposal to book tickets for the main museums and tour in Florence, as well as for personalized tours of Tuscany.
